RP didn’t show up in “add to publication” because I hadn’t made you a writer yet. You are now, and can submit anything any time. I attempted to request the story in an email, but I wasn’t able to. This may be because you have disabled that feature in your settings. No worries, you can go into edit mode and submit it from the piece itself.
